Forum upgrade

I upgraded the forum to the latest VB version (which has been overdue for years now). Most of the upgraded stuff is behind-the-scenes (performance and security), so you shouldn't notice any changes.

If you do notice anything broken, please tell me.

Zrix doesn't have a sub-title underneath his name, looks weird.

I noticed something broken.

Tournament badges are in the wrong order now, looks weird.

Edit: Okay yeah really weird. When I made this post my tournament badges were the wrong way round but under my earlier post they were still right, now I refreshed and they're both the wrong way round.

Operations and FAQ buttons don't work, they just redirect to the forum.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll take a look at those issues.

No idea yet why ops/faq don't work, but I think I have an idea regarding the ranks, at least.

Yours are in the wrong order now that you've posted, seems it updates when people post after upgrade.
